Easy Short Hair Updos That Will Take Eight Minutes or Less

Easy Updo Hairstyles

Do you want to style your hair in the morning, but don’t have much time? If you have short hair, you may feel like there’s not much you’ll be able to do with it. However, there are plenty of great short hair updos that you’ll be able to do in eight minutes or less. If you have less than ten minutes to spare, these are the hairstyles that are just right for you.

The Twisty Bun

One way to style your hair would be to put it up in a twisty bun. You’ll need to start by using a comb to part your hair down the middle and then you’ll need to separate your hair into two sections, one on the left side and one on the right. You’ll then need to tie each section up into a pony tail using a hair tie. You should have two pigtails.

Once you’ve got your pigtails, twist them around one another to create a bun in the center of your head. You may then keep the bun in place by using bobby pins or by wrapping an additional hair tie around the bun. Once you’ve finished this process, you’ll have a twisted bun that looks simple yet elegant and neat.

The Perfect Short and Elegant Style

Elegant Ponytails

If you’re planning to go to a special event, you may want to style your hair in an elegant and classy way. Instead of going to the hair salon, you can achieve this look at home in a matter of minutes. Start by grabbing a section of the hair at the top of your head and using a hair tie to create a small pony tail, leaving the rest of your hair down underneath it.

After you’ve put in your first ponytail, you’ll need to grab a second section of hair directly underneath the small ponytail. Repeat the same process by putting this hair into a small ponytail that should land directly underneath the first ponytail. You’ll then grab the third and final section of your hair and follow the same steps.

Once you’ve tied the final section of hair, tuck it directly underneath the second hair tie. As a result, you’ll have a beautiful tucked style that looks flawless and keeps your hair out of your face so that it’s not bothering you while you’re out and about.

The Upside Down French Braid

French Braids for Young Girls

Do you know how to French braid your hair? If so, start French braiding from the bottom of your hair by the nape of your neck. Once you’ve started the braiding process, continue until you get close to the top of your hair. Throw the remaining hair into a quick and messy bun for an updo that looks stylish and cute.

These are some of the best short hair updos. Although you may not have long hair, you’ll still be able to style it in plenty of different ways. These options are great because they’re simple, they won’t take you very long to do, and they’ll look amazing.
